Integration of Social Networks:
To enable us to manage a clients social media effectively, we integrate the social networks to ensure that the messages are consistent across them. This can sometimes involve creating a central blog that is used deliver messages to Twitter, Facebook etc without having the need to login into each social network account.
Bulk Username Accounts
Usernames are extremely important; these are how communities identify you or your brand in the social networks. We have the ability to check usernames across over 50 networks to see if your username has been taken. This will eliminate any wasted time or disappointment when you go through the process of registering your username only to find out that it is available on Twitter, but not on Facebook. We are happy to suggest usernames should the need arise to pick one for a brand or person.

Listen:
We use a wide range of social media tools to do research on any topics that the person is interested in, or what the companies brand stands for. The question that we are trying to answer is, what conversations are people having about you or your brand?
Research is done to create a picture about which trends are of interest at the moment, are people talking about you, in a negative, neutral or positive light? We have the tools to listen to the blogosphere, twitter etc and report back to the client what attitudes, interests their target group want to have conversations about.
Participate:
This is our planning phase of the process. We look at how to join these networks of conversation and comment, interact, cross link and finally build relationships with these users.
Contribute:
Once we have identified the topics of conversation and the way to participate, we then look at how we can contribute to build interest. We look at what content is currently available to assess its social value, we then send out the content from a central location so that we have the ability to track and monitor its process and more importantly its viral quality across the networks.
Control of content:
We have spent some time gathering and testing tools that help deliver content. For example, Tweets in twitter can be delivered at different time of the day to suit different time zones, need to upload a video to 50 sites? We have the ability to post it out in one click.
Social Analytics
Throughout the contribute process, we track and monitor all activity that is put through the networks. We track links posted inside twitter, video on Youtube, through to insights on Facebook fans. All the analytics is put into a report and emailed monthly or more frequently if required.
